 Himalaya College of Engineering is one of the Engineering college which is affiliated to Tribhuwan University(TU). This college was established to provide quality education in the field of engineering.The college is currently conducting the BE programs of IOE in Electronics and Communication, Civil and Computer Engineering.Bachelor of Architecture Program has also been started in this college. This college has been associated with Kathmandu Model College(KMC) since 2063 BS.

Facilities:

This College has its own six story building with two other buildings for laboratory use.There is sufficient space for class rooms, workshops, offices, laboratory,library.College library provides a huge collection of text books, reference books and manuals.Student can take books from library under the book bank system and regular renewing system.It also provides various newspapers, magazines and journals.This college have fully equipped laboratory for all programs.Physics Lab, Chemistry Lab,Electronics Lab, Electrical Lab,Workshop,Civil engineering lab, survey lab ans computer labs.All the lab are fully equipped with modern and latest instruments with regular maintenance.College has its own canteen.It uses college buses of its own education network for field visit, field work, study tours.Due to the easy accessible location it has not provided regular bus facility for students yet.

Besides engineering it also teaches B.Sc. CSIT program of Tribhuvan University.It has annual capacity of Thirty six seats in this faculty.
